A Year in Books; 2018 (…so far)

I’m here with my 6 month update of my favourite books of the year so far. As per usual, I only pick new reads, no re-reads from past years. As this is only a half year update I’m going to keep it brief. That said you can check out my 2017 Wrap-Up and 2016 Wrap-Up, where you have the pleasure of my opinions on the books in question.

January:

The Cruel Prince by Holly Black, and Lincoln in the Bardo (Winner of the ManBooker 2017) by George Saunders

February:

Call Me By Your Name by Andre Aciman, and If We Were Villains by M.L Rio

March:

Darkfever by Karen M Moning, and Arkham Asylum by Grant Morrison and Dave McKean

April:

A Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee, and Ace of Shades by Amanda Foody

May:

Batman Court of Owls by Scott Snyder, Greg Capullo and Jonathan Glapion, and The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

And those are the best books I’ve read this year, so far… What are some of your favourite books you’ve read so far? Let me know down below!

Thanks for reading!

Victoria
